District 5, Victorville City Council
Public Safety My number one priority will be to strengthen our public safety measures and support for our law enforcement.

As a former city council member, I am aware of the public safety challenges we face as our city continues to grow.

My approach is data-driven and research-focused, ensuring that every decision is backed by solid evidence and best practices.

Vote for me to focus on bolstering…

Our Police Facilities

Our growing community needs a new police station to ensure that our law enforcement has the resources they need to keep us safe. A modern facility will provide the necessary infrastructure for advanced training, better coordination, and improved response times. I am committed to making this a reality through careful planning and community involvement.

Our Police Force

In the last 15 years, Victorville’s population has doubled, but our police force simply hasn’t kept pace. Increasing our police force is essential to maintaining safety in Victorville. I will work tirelessly to hire more deputies, ensuring that our community is well-protected. This includes advocating for competitive salaries and benefits to attract and retain the best law enforcement professionals, as well as providing ongoing training to keep our officers equipped to handle the evolving challenges of public safety.

Our Counter-Crime Measures

For too long, Victorville has been seen as a place where crime is just expected. It’s time to flip this outlook and make Victorville a place that’s tough on crime. I’ll work with our county and state representatives to support laws and legislation that make it harder for criminals to become repeat offenders and keep our residents safe. This includes enhancing community policing initiatives, investing in crime prevention programs, and leveraging technology to improve crime detection and response. By fostering strong partnerships between law enforcement and the community, we can create a safer environment for all residents.
